About Laura Davis

Laura is an award-winning journalist who has been writing about the arts for more than 20 years, including as Arts Editor of both the Liverpool Daily Post and the Liverpool Echo.

Over the years she has interviewed hundreds of artists, actors, musicians, curators and theatre makers, from those working in tiny independent organisations to world-famous names including Peter Blake, Paul McCartney, Cameron Mackintosh, Fiona Banner, Jonathan Pryce, Boy George, Marianne Faithfull and Kim Cattrall.

Outside journalism, she is a board member of Wirral Arts and Culture Community Land Trust, that organisation that owns the 'outsider art' environment Ron’s Place in Oxton, Merseyside.
