About Laura Davis

Laura is an award-winning journalist who has been writing about the arts for more than 20 years, including as Arts Editor of both the Liverpool Daily Post and the Liverpool Echo. She now writes for a range of publications as a freelancer.

Over the years she has interviewed hundreds of artists, actors, musicians, curators and theatre makers, from those working in tiny independent organisations to world-famous names including Peter Blake, Paul McCartney, Cameron Mackintosh, Fiona Banner, Jonathan Pryce, Boy George, Marianne Faithfull and Kim Cattrall.

She is also an audience development consultant and the founding director of Raised Voices CIC, a not-for-profit organisation which empowers and enables people to tell their own stories.
