THERE’S a moment of polite panic in the gallery at HOME in Manchester when I visit. An elderly female visitor is so distracted by one of the art works that she is about to sweep past the no-go markings on the floor and through Tracy Hill’s fragile piece Surgere. Disaster is imminent.
